Why can’t I use Shopify’s built-in subscriptions with my gateway?
Shopify’s native subscription checkout only works with a limited set of subscription-eligible payment gateways. Many local gateways, including Razorpay, Cashfree and Paystack, aren’t on that list, so stores that rely on them need a different route. Go With Flow provides that route.
Which payment gateways do you support?
Razorpay and Cashfree for India, and Paystack for South Africa, are live today. We’re open to adding other native gateways, so tell us which one you use.
Do subscription orders still show up in Shopify?
Yes. Every successful payment creates a paid order in Shopify, so fulfilment, inventory and reporting keep working the way they do today.
How long does it take to go live?
Most stores are live within a few days. You install the app, our onboarding team connects your gateway and Shopify with you, and then you switch subscriptions on.
Can my customers manage their own subscriptions?
Yes. The customer portal lets shoppers skip, pause, reschedule or cancel, and update their address, without contacting your team.
How much does it cost?

What happens when a renewal payment fails?
Smart renewal flows retry the payment on a schedule you set and notify the customer. If it still fails, auto cancellation rules decide what happens next.
